We confirm by email

The artist reviews every request and replies with a firm date and time — usually within a couple of working days.

A deposit holds the slot

Non-refundable — it pays for the prep work that happens before you sit down, not just the booking itself.

Plan around the season

3–5 weeks from session to finished board. 4 design sessions per week. We keep it small on purpose.

Your board isn't ready that day

This part happens without you, and it can't be rushed. The resin needs to cure fully before we trim the edges, grind the base, and tune it — that's the difference between a board that survives a season and one that delaminates by January. Your board is not ready the day of your session.

Reschedule policy — Free up to 5 days before your session. Inside that window the deposit stays with us, since the prep time has already gone in.
